发展中国远程教育公共服务体系的必要性分析

摘　　要：随着现代远程教育在我国的蓬勃发展,公共服务体系应运而生。中国远程教育公共服务体系要想获得快速发展和完善,首先需要获得远程教育从业人员思想观念上的理解和认同。本文着重从远程教育的产业性特征以及中国远程教育系统的外部环境两方面入手,对中国建设和发展远程教育公共服务体系的必要性进行了深层次剖析。Along with the quick development of Modern Distance Education(MDE) in our country,the Public Service System appears.It will not undergo a fast development until the practitioner of MDE can understand it.The paper analyzes in depth the necessity of developing the Public Service System of Chinese Distance Education from two aspects: the industrial property of the MDE and the external environment of Chinese Distance Education.
