苦丁茶复方袋泡茶的研究与开发

摘　　要：以宁波绿茶为基础,添加苦丁茶和茉莉花,进行新颖袋泡茶配方的研制。研究结果表明,配方是6(即A2B3C2)的袋泡茶,在香气和滋味方面都既有耐冲泡和口感平和的特点,又有苦丁茶的甜味,滋味较甘爽,咖啡碱低,是一种优质袋泡茶。Ilex KuDingcha and jasmine, teabag formula of novelty teabag comparison of green-tea were studied in this thesis. The results indicated that, the compound teabag of the formula is 6 （A2B3C2） , in the fragrance and the taste aspect swells, feeling gentle, also has painstakingly the Kudingha sweet taste, the taste is sweet and refreshing, low theine, it is one kind of high-quality teabag.
