摘 要:鉴于城市水需求管理的重要性,针对城市水需求具有增长性和周期性及难以准确预测的特点,建立城市水有效供给的连续时间控制系统模型。在预测城市水需求的基础上,通过合理控制城市水供给的投资,使城市水供给能满足城市水需求。从保持高效率供应的角度出发,城市的剩余供水能力也应有周期性。由于城市水管理系统参数估计值可能具有不确定性和时变性,为使此情形下仍能有效满足城市水需求,对系统实施了鲁棒控制,使在城市水有效供给的基础上,城市的剩余供水能力逐渐准确逼近给定目标值。Owing to the significance of urban water demand management, and aiming at urban water demand having tend to growth, periodicity and difficulty to accurate predication, an urban water effective supply continuous time control system model was constructed. Based on predicting of urban water demand and controlling of urban water supply investment reasonable, the demand could be satisfied. Urban water surplus supply ability should have periodicity for the reason of effective supply. The accuracy of estimating parameters of urban water management system may be uncertain or time-varying. For effective satisfying urban water demand under the condition, robust control was implemented on the system. The given goal value of urban water surplus supply ability could be approximated gradually accurate with effective supply.
