摘  要:采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计方法,研究分析了普通高校公体教师的职业倦怠状况。结果表明:普通高校公体教师群体的职业倦怠状况比较严重;体育教师的职业倦怠及其3个维度存在教龄、性别和职称差异,教龄越长,情感衰竭越严重,成就感越高;中级以下职称情感衰竭程度和成就感均低于高级职称;女性情感衰竭和去个性化程度轻于男性。This paper conducted investigation and research on the Job burnout of the college P. E. teachers by using methodologies of questionnaires, consultation and statistics. The results indicated that the college P. E. teachers' job burnout is serious, and there are the differences in three dimensions of time of teaching, sex, professional post. The teachers with longer teaching time are more serious on job burnout and have higher achievement feeling; the teachers with intermediate professional post are less serious than those with higher professional post and the female teachers' emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are less serious than the male teachers.
