摘　　要：非智力因素作为人的心理特征,对人才的成长有多方面的重要影响。学生非智力因素在推行素质教育中具有重要意义,教育者要结合体育教学对学生非智力因素进行开发和培养。As a psychic character, non-intelligent elements play an important role in many aspects of the specialist cultivation. This paper explicates the importance of the student＇s non-intelligent elements for the quality education, and discusses the exploration and cultivation of such non-intelligent elements in combination with physical education.
