摘　　要：创业管理与一般管理的关系成为管理研究领域的热点之一。存在替代说、阶段说和融合说三种观点,研究表明创业管理与一般管理正处于一种相互重叠、互相融合的趋势。提出并进一步分析了这种融合的概念框架。The relationship between business management and general management has been a hot topic in the academic field, and three views have been held by researchers： The first one is substitution view, which assumes that business management may replace general management; The second is the stage view; and the third one is the integration view. It has been shown that the business management and general management overlap. In addition, the conceptual framework for the integration of business management and general management is proposed and analyzed.
