摘　　要：在高校网络教育学院定位问题倍受关注的视野中,全面构建包括高校网络教育学院定位的内涵、理论基础、影响因素、内容、原则、途径、策略等方面的应然模式的重点之一,就是需要立足高校网络教育学院发展现状,运用因素分析法梳理高校网络教育学院定位的政治、经济、文化等外部影响因素和宏观、中观、微观层面的内部影响因素。高校网络教育学院合理定位的形成无疑是外、内部影响因素相互制约、竞争、协调发展的必然选择。In the visual field of double attention complicated question with orientation of network education academe of higher universities, it is necessary to card politics and economy and culture exterior influential factors and bosom influential factors with macrocosm and medicos and microcosm of network education academe of higher universities by factors analytical method, and base upon actuality of developing of network education academe of higher universities for construct full the reasonable orientation mode of network education academe of higher universities including its meaning, theory base, infection factor, dimensionality, content, rules, route, tactic of orientation. It is necessity choice restricting and competing and correspond of exterior influential factors and bosom influential factors each other that orientation of network education academe of higher universities come into being.
