摘 要:为了开发新鲜饲料作物和作物秸秆的高密度成型产品。以苏丹草和玉米秸秆为试验材料,对新鲜饲料作物及作物秸秆高密度成型产品进行感官评定和营养成分变化分析。经高密度压捆缠膜处理后,苏丹草和玉米秸秆呈黄绿色、适口性好、有酒香的芳香味道、无结块和粘烂发霉现象,感官评定达到优级标准。与新鲜样品相比,高密度产品经90 d贮藏后主要营养指标无显著变化。在自然干燥状态下,经60 d贮藏玉米秸秆的粗蛋白、碳水化合物和有机物分别降低21.8%、83.0%和4.3%。通过该方法贮存新鲜饲料作物及作物秸秆,能较好地保持其营养成分,为新鲜饲料作物及作物秸秆的合理利用提供了新途径。The objective of the research was to develop high-density molding products of fresh fodder crop and crop stalk. With Sudan grass and com stalk as tested materials, the sensory evaluation and analysis of nutritional components were conducted on high-density molding products of fresh fodder crop and crop stalk,Through high-density bundling and film-twining treatment, Sudan grass and corn stalk showed yellow-green, and had good palatability and aroma of wine without agglomeration and going moldy, and its sensory evaluation reached excellent standard. Compared with fresh samples, wain nutrient indexes of high-density products had no significant change after 90 d storage, Under natural drying, crude protein, carbohydrate and organic watter in corn stalks after 60 d storage were decreased by 21.8%, 83.0% and 4.3% respectively. Storing fresh fodder crop and crop stalk by this method could keep nutritional components better, which provided new approach for reasonable utilization of fresh fodder crop and crop stalk.
