摘　　要：对甘油二酯的功能、应用及研究现状进行介绍,并对工业化生产方法进行了分析。由于酶的高度选择性,使酶法催化生产甘油二酯具有广阔的工业化应用前景,但使用酶法催化生产甘油二酯还存在一些问题。解决好酶价格和甘油二酯的提纯问题,才能实现甘油二酯低成本、高纯度的工业化生产。The function, application and research actuality of diacylglycerol were introduced. Enzymatic synthesis has wide application prospect in the industrial production of diaclyglycerol for the high selectivity of enzyme. Only the settle of enzyme price and purification of diacylglycerol, can the industrial production of diacylglycerol be realized.
