摘 要:运用ABS/ASR集成液压系统试验测试台架,对汽车ABS制动轮缸压力调节的动态特性进行了理论分析,结合试验对轮缸压力调节过程进行了研究。确定了轮缸半经验模型参数,得到了前轮和后轮轮缸在增压和减压过程中的压力变化模型。拟合结果表明该模型精度较高,可用于ABS和ASR的仿真控制研究和轮缸压力精细调节研究。An experimental platform of ABS/ASR integrated hydraulic system was introduced in the paper. Based on the theoretical analysis, the semi-empirical model of pressure regulation process of ABS wheel cylinder was established, then the pressure regulation process was measured and the model parameters were identified by the experiments. The change rate models of brake pressure of front and rear wheel cylinder were obtained in the regulation process of pressure increasing and dumping. The results showed that the model was accurate and could be applied in the simulation of ABS/ASR and pressure fine regulation of wheel cylinder.
