摘　　要：体育理论思想的形成与当时社会经济、环境、现状有着紧密的联系。着重从孔子的"六艺教育"、庄子的养生思想、和传统健康观等几个方面阐述我国传统体育理论的构建。The reformation of sport idea has timid relation to society economy, environment,status at that tlme. The paper discusses the construction of our country traditional sport theory from the following aspects.＂Six Arts Education＂of Confucius,＂preverse one＇s heacth＂of Zhuangzi and the traditional health conception .
