摘　　要：目的了解医学高校大学新生人格健康问卷（UPI）状况，针对性提出改善对策。方法对湖北省2所医学高校新生的UPI筛选率、一类心理问题、主要心理症状的选择率等，在5个专业的农村和城市生源中进行比较。结果发现一类学生的筛选平分布在12．5％～36．8%之间，护理专业较其他专业偏高，农村学生较城市学生偏高。≥25分和想轻生者选择率在8．3％～10．5％。主要心理问题有情绪和性格问题、强迫倾向、人际关系障碍等。结论医学新生的心理健康水平总的来说是正常的，存在一些问题是必然的，但对此必须引起高度重视。Objective To study UPI for medical freshmen and come up with some advice on these issues. Methods We are comparing those students in five professions in Hubei provincial universities, in terms of UPI rates for screen and selection classified as grave psychological obstruction and major psychological symptom. Results The screen rate for those with grave psychological obstruction ranges from 12, 5 % to 36.8% ; nursing major is higher than other majors： rural students higher than urban ones, The selection rate for those with the idea of suicide and those ≥25 is from 8.3 % to 10.5%, Main inertial problems feature mood, characteristics, compelling tendency and interpersonal relation. Conclusion Psychological health level of medical freshmen as a whole is normal, their problems with psychology are inevitable but not ignorant.
