摘  要:在分析货运车辆造成的移动瓶颈影响规律基础上,根据移动瓶颈随时间、空间动态变化的特点,提出针对性解决策略:每隔一定距离增加一条车道,供车辆超车,以缓解移动瓶颈的影响.仿真验证表明,流量在每小时1 000辆左右时,与直接扩建成双向六车道高速公路相比,该策略以不到50%的投资可以达到超过70%的改善效果;并且此策略有较好的流量增长适应性和与后续策略的连续性,从而可减少投资浪费.Since the influence of moving bottleneck is dynamic with time and space, a new countermeasure is proposed, that is, to add one lane at intervals. Cars can pass heavy vehicles and the influence of moving bottleneck can be alleviated with this countermeasure. Validation with VISSIM shows that compared with the countermeasure that rebuilds the highway into six lanes, the invertment of the new coutermeasure can decrease by 50 % but the effect can be up to 70 % of the effect of the 6-lane highway; what's more, the new countermeasure can satisfy the needs of increase in traffic flow and there is hardly any additional investment when the whole highway is rebuilt into a six-lane highway as traffic flow increases.
