上海地区颜面侧貌审美评估的研究

摘　　要：目的研究上海地区公众对颜面侧貌审美的评估,为临床正畸等治疗效果提供参考。方法选取上海地区可接受面型的男女模特各一名,用Maya 6.0软件三维重建其侧貌,参照Mantzikos分类法变化得出男女侧貌像各5幅。选择不同年龄、性别、职业、学历的上海地区居民共321名,对上述侧貌像进行评估。结果显示上海地区现代男女侧貌都以双颌稍突面型为最佳,其次是可接受面型,不受欢迎的男性是双颌或下颌较后缩的面型;女性则是双颌或下颌较后缩的及下颌较前突的面型。结论上海地区男女面型都以双颌稍突的为最易接受的,其次是可接受面型,不受欢迎的面型有所不同,男性面型和女性面型在审美上存在一定差异;个体对颜面侧貌审美不受性别影响,职业、年龄及文化程度虽有影响,但不起决定性作用;Maya 6.0三维软件对颜面侧貌研究有实用价值。Objective This study is for esthetic evaluation of facial profile among the public in Shanghai, which can help to make diagnosis and treatment planning in orthodontics. Method One young man and a woman in Shanghai, who have acceptable facial profiles, were selected as models. Threedimensional reconstruction of facial soft tissue based on the two models was established, then the five facial profile types according with Mantzikos classification of male and female respectively were manipulated with Maya 6.0 software. 321 panelists were selected from Shanghai area including different sex. age. profession and educational level. Subjects were asked to rank the five facial profiles in descending order of attractiveness. Results Bimaxillary protrusive profile was the best. Bimaxillary or mandibular retrusive profile was the worst. The result was similar in male and female. Mandibular protrusive profile was worse in female. Conclusions The bimaxillary protrusion type is the most acceptable profile for both males and females. There existed some difference between malesand females for the worst facial pofile, It is suggested that facial profile esthetics have some differences between males and females. The preferences for facial profile esthetics are not influenced by sex, Age, educational level, might be influence factors, but not roles. Maya 6. 0 3D software has practical value for the study of esthetic facial profile preferences.
