摘 要:[目的]探讨甘肃省食物中毒发生的规律和特点,为政府、社会有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。[方法]对甘肃省2001~2005年食物中毒发生起数、人数、死亡人数、病死率、发病率等指标进行描述性分析。[结果]该省共发生食物中毒122起,中毒人数2891人,发病率2.22/10万,其中死亡33人,病死率1.14%。季度分布主要以第3季度(45.08%)和第2季度(29.51%)为主;主要场所为农村家庭(49.18%)、饮食服务单位(25.41%)和集体食堂(22.95%);主要原因为微生物性(31.15%)、有毒动植物(28.69%)和化学性食物中毒(27.87%);化学性食物中毒病死率最高(11.34%)。近5年该省食物中毒平均发病率、病死率明显高于全国同期平均水平。[结论]加强宣传教育和培训、加大卫生行政执法力度、突出重点季节、重点地区和重点环节的防控工作,是预防和控制食物中毒的有效措施。[Objective]To explore the rules and characteristics of food poisoning in Gansu province from 2001 to 2005 and to provide the government and the society with scientific basis for effective control and prevention of food poisoning.[Methods]Descriptive analysis was conducted concerning the number of cases,the number of suffered individuals,the number of deaths,the incidence rate and the fatality rate of food poisoning.[Results]There were 122 food poisoning cases,2891 sufferers and 33 deaths during the 5 years.The incidence rate was 2.22/l00 thousand and the fatality rate was 1.14%.The main quarters of poisoning cases were in the third(45.08%)and second quarter(29.51%).The main sites of poisoning cases were rural dwellings(49.18%),food services units(25.41%)and mess halls(22.95%).Of all the cases,31.15% were caused by microbiologic pathogens,28.69% by food from poisonous plant-animals and 27.87% by chemical factors.The fatality rate(11.34%)caused by chemical factors was the highest.The average incidence rate and fatality rate of food poisoning were both significantly higher than the national average levels in the same period(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Strengthening of propaganda,education and training of food safety knowledge,enhancing supervision and monitoring of foodstuff sanitation,focusing on the main seasons,main places and key points are the effective methods for the control and prevention of food poisoning.
