分层抽样理论在电动钉枪耐久性试验中的应用

摘　　要：批量电动钉枪耐久性试验抽样,在计数抽样检验程序(GB/T 2828.1-2003)中的相关条款基础上,针对由不同班组生产的批量产品,引入了分层抽样理论进行抽样方案的设计,把由不同班组装配的产品进行分层,然后对每层中的产品进行多次抽样。该方案很好地解决了劳动密集型企业生产的产品的稳定性问题,通过案例进一步说明了这个方法的实用性和科学性。Durability samples test to large quantities of nail guns, based on basic sample process in the counting number test program（GB/T2828.1-2003）, when as to batch products assembled by different shifts, introduces group sample theory to help designing a sample plan which is to divide the batch products into different groups and then sampling to test respectively. Finally, this method greatly helps to estimate the problem of quality stability of products in labor-intensive enterprises. At last, presenting a case to testify the method is applicable.
