摘　　要：结合该校农科类专业硕士生高级生化与分子生物学实验教学的课程实践,就改革教学模式、更新教学内容、改进教学方法、改善教学条件等方面进行了探索,提出了改革实验教学、培养学生的创新意识的基本构想。According to our agricultural graduate students experimental teaching of advanced biochemistry and molecular biology, this article did the research on reforming teaching modes, renewing teaching content, improving teaching methods, advancing teaching conditions and so on, and then put forward the basic idea of the cultivation of graduates＇ innovative ability and the reformation of experimental teaching.
