人胃癌组织中FAP-1的表达及意义

摘　　要：为了探讨FAP-1在胃癌中的表达与细胞增殖和凋亡的关系及其临床意义,采用免疫组化SP法检测40例胃癌、20例胃良性肿瘤及10例正常胃粘膜组织中:FAP-1蛋白的表达水平。结果表明FAP-1蛋白的阳性表达主要定位在细胞浆内,少数也可见于核周。FAP-1蛋白在正常胃粘膜组织中呈阴性表达,胃良性肿瘤中的表达率为20%(4/20),胃癌中的阳性表达率70%(28/40),与前两者相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),而对照组与胃良性肿瘤组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。FAP-1的表达与胃癌的病理分化相关,而与年龄、性别、肿块大小、转移性无明显相关性。To investigate the roles of Fas-associated phosphatase-1（FAP-1） in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer,immunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expression of FAP-1 in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of gastric adenoma and the normal controls（10 cases）.In addition,their clinical pathological data were analyzed.The results show that There is no FAP-1 expression in normal intestinal tissues and low positive expression rate in benign cancer,but high positive expression rates are found in gastric carcinoma specimens（P〈0.01）,and there is no significant difference between the preceding two groups.Moreover,the expression of FAP-1 is markedly associated with tumor pathological grade（P 〈0.05）,but not related to some clinicopathological characteristics such as the age 、sex 、size and metastasis.FAP-1 is widely owerexpressed in gastric carcinoma and its expression is associated with Ducks stage and pathological grade.FAP-1 may play an important role in the etiology and development of gastric carcinoma.
