云南香料烟中的TSNAs与亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和烟碱的关系

摘　　要：测定了云南香料烟叶片和叶脉中的TSNAs、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和烟碱,并对测定数据进行了相关性分析。结果表明:①香料烟叶片和叶脉中的TSNAs含量都随着其等级的降低而逐渐增加;②叶片中的TSNAs含量高于叶脉;③叶片和叶脉中的TSNAs含量均与烟碱含量极显著正相关,与亚硝酸盐显著正相关,与硝酸盐相关。The nitrate, nitrite, nicotine and TSNAs in lamina and vein of Yunnan oriental tobacco were determined and the resultant data were analyzed correlatively. The results showed that： 1） the TSNAs contents in lamina and vein were higher in lower grade leaves; 2） TSNAs content in lamina was higher than that in vein ; and 3） TSNAs contents in lamina and vein correlated extremely signifi- cantly positively with nicotine, significantly positively with nitrite, and positively with nitrate.
