摘　　要：1引言 对于非光滑方程组 F（y）=0（1．1）This paper presents a Newton-GMRES method for solving nonsmooth equations. The method relieves the difficulty of evaluating the generalized Jacobian matrix and therefore is practical. Under some mild conditions, we prove the global convergence of the method. Numerical results also show the efficiency of the method.
