摘 要:目的评价教学医院临床带教质量。方法采用秩和比法(Rank Sum Ratio,RSR)对某医学院6所教学医院临床教学质量检查成绩进行综合评价并排序。内容包括病例分析与操作技能2个方面。结果(1)学生临床诊断分析能力普遍不及进程基本技能操作。(2)6所教学医院教学质量是不平衡的,以教学医院A教学质量最好,与其它5所医院比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);其它5所医院之间教学质量差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)6所教学医院临床带教较为普遍地存在着偏重临床思维或偏重基本技能的现象(WR=0.3713,χ2=3.7130<χ20.5,5=4.35,P>0.5),未做到2个方面均衡发展。结论(1)临床带教老师要加强教学意识,提高业务水平。(2)教学医院应强化对教学计划落实情况的监督,将学生的临床医学思维能力和临床操作能力培养贯穿于临床教学全过程。(3)应进一步加强学院和教学医院之间的教学交流。Objective To evaluate the quality of clinical practice teaching. Methods The evaluation of the quality of clinical practice teaching consists of ease analysis and operation techniques by sorting the results of clinical practice teaching examination with Rank Sum Ratio(RSR). Result (1) The students' ability of clinical diagnosis and analysis is generally lower than that of basal clinical operation. (2) The quality of clinical practical teaching is uneven between different hospitals. Among them, A is superior (P〈 0.05) than other five ones. Therefore, there is no statistical difference between them (P 〉 0. 05 ). (3) It is common that the teachers lay special stress on the clinical thoughts or clinical operation techniques (Wa = 0. 3713, X^2 = 0. 3713 〈 X^2 0.5,5 = 4.35, P 〉 0. 5). Conclusions (1) Clinical teachers should strengthen the practice teaching sense and improve the teaching skills. (2) The teaching hospitals should enhance the supervision on the enforcement of teaching methods so as to ensure that the training of clinical thoughts and clinical operation techniques is do in same weight in the course of teaching students. (3) The medical colleges should reinforce the conversation on tsaehing with their teaching hosnitals.
