摘　　要：系统生物学的方法论是建立在系统思想之上的,它以整体的、多学科交叉的研究方式,为研究生命活动提供了新的思路和方法,同时以生物信息学的手段对相关数据进行分析和整合,模拟相关的生命活动,以期从系统水平研究、理解和阐明生物学系统。Methodology of System Biology based on systemic theory provides the update thought and approach for the study of life activity through the unitary way but multi- subject. This method is also useful to integrate and analyze life activity by bioinformatics and mimic model, and is hopeful to be a tool to investigate and explain biological system.
