摘  要:随着高速铁路的发展,钢轨斜裂纹已成为危及铁路运输安全的重要因素之一。观察发现广深线准高速铁路上的钢轨斜裂纹沿钢轨作用边,呈45°角,其扩展可导致钢轨发生横向断裂。针对广深线铺设的PD3与U71Mn2种已出现斜裂纹的钢轨试样进行了成分、机械性能和硬度分析。结果表明:由于轮轨间摩擦力的反复作用,导致疲劳微裂纹的萌生与扩展,裂纹在钢轨表面与行车方向成一定夹角,沿着钢轨塑性流变方向在钢轨内部朝斜向下的方向扩展;PD3钢轨的强度性能优于U71Mn钢轨,但U71Mn钢轨更适合于高速铁路铺设使用。The rail oblique crack is a primary cause of railway transportation safety with high-speed railway developing. The rail oblique cracks in Guangzhou-Shenzhen Quasi High-speed Railway are distributing and expand along with rail side and the angle is about 45 ° along the moving direction. As a result of the expansion of oblique crack, the fracture of rail could appear. The specimens of PD3 rail and U71Mn rail with oblique cracks were analyzed by examinations including chemical composition, mechanical properties and hardness. The results indicate that the fatigue micro-crack would initiate and expand due to repeating friction force of wheel-rail system. The crack would expand toward the inside of the rail along the direction of plastic deformation. The strength character of PD3 rail is superior to U71 Mn rail, but U71 Mn rail is fit for the high-speed railway.
