摘  要:利用扫描电子显微技术分析了4种氮化硅陶瓷球的显微结构,用新研制的三点接触纯滚动加速疲劳试验机,试验研究了4种陶瓷球的接触疲劳性能,并对疲劳球表面进行了显微观察。研究表明,相同试验工况下,不同的显微结构,其韧性、强度、寿命和温升明显不同。细小致密的等轴状晶粒、玻璃相少的陶瓷球的滚动接触疲劳性能优于长针状晶粒、玻璃相多的陶瓷球。Microstructures py. A newly developed pure of four kinds of silicon nitride ceramic balls were rolling fatigue test rig with three contact points for analyzed bearing with scanning electron microscoballs was used to perform rolling contact fatigue (RCF) tests. The fatigue properties of four kinds of Silicon Nitride ceramic balls produced with different technologies were compared. Ball surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscopy after failure. It is shown by test that toughness ,intensity, fatigue life and temperature rise of four kinds of bails are different due to different microstructures under the same test condition. The rolling contact fatigue performance of ceramic balls with fine compact equal-axis grain and fewer glass phase exceeds that of those with slightness-needle grain and more glass phase.
