摘　　要：出科理论考试是护理专业实践教学的重要组成部分,但目前多由各临床教学老师根据专科情况自行出题,不仅随意性强,而且缺乏质量控制。本文结合ISO9001:2000认证标准,制订出科理论考试管理文件、规范实践教学工作和进行试卷质量分析。不仅实现了出科理论考试的标准化,而且还可以了解护生对临床教学的满意度,从而不断地提高护理专业实践教学的质量。Nursing-practice examination plays an important part in clinical teaching for nursing students. However, it is usually carried out by each clinical teacher and thus lacks quality control. Based on the ISO 9001：2000 standards, the teaching activities have been normalized, the quality assays of the test questions have been performed, and the management method for the nursing-practice examination has been established. Therefore, the examination can be standardized. The students＇ satisfaction degree to the teaching can be realized in time, and the teaching quality of clinical practice can be gradually improved.
