摘  要:我校纺织服装学院构建了"第一课堂为主线、第二课堂为补充、成才教育和就业指导为辅助"的培养模式,以实践教育为平台,延伸"第一课堂";以课外科技活动为载体,丰富和活跃"第二课堂",从而提高学生的综合素质、创新能力和实践能力,不断提升大学生的就业竞争力,实现了学校、学生、用人单位的三方共赢。College of Textiles and Garments in Hebei University of Science and Technology sticks to the so called "two classrooms" principle, which means that we extend our education on the direction of abilities, skills and job seeking oriented field, based on the first traditional classroom lecturing, which can introduce the so called "second classroom" to enhance the overall quality. The appropriate rule making and the incentive measures as well as the forming of the tradition should be employed on the platform of the practicing education and through the medium of extra-curricular activities. Our top priority should be focused on the improvement of the comprehensive ability of the enrolled students, and also on the originality and the power of practicing of the students, thus, the main goal here is to produce more competitive edge of the students for the job markets to ensure the fundamental interests of the college, students and the ootentlal employers as well.
