摘 要:介绍了双水相萃取技术(ATPE)的应用现状,综述了近年来双水相萃取技术的相关研究进展。针对双水相系统(ATPS)的经济适用性问题,对新型ATPS相组成材料的研究取得了极大的发展;为了提高双水相萃取技术的选择性和分离效率,在组成传统ATPS的聚合物上偶联亲和配基的亲和ATPS也得到关注;双水相萃取技术的发展趋势还体现在与其他生物分离技术的结合以及萃取机理和热力学模型的优化上。The applications of the aqueous two-phase extraction (ATPE) in these years were summarized, and the advances on the research of ATPE were reviewed. The novel aqueous two-phase systems were developed by using the cheaper phase forming polymer. In order to improve the selectivity and separation efficiency, the affinity extraction using aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) which links affinity ligand to polymer in traditional ATPS got progressed. The integration with related techniques was also the development direction of ATPE, which overcame some shortcomings in single ATPE. Although the application of the extraction equipments and continuous operation technique in ATPE indicated that the industrializations of APTE were growing up, establishing the thermodynamic models and theories about the partitioning of solute in ATPS need to be optimized.
