摘 要:首先建立了包括发动机、离合器、CVT和载荷在内的无级变速传动系统的动力学模型。针对汽车行驶工况复杂多变,且其传动系统输入输出具有强耦合的特点,提出了以目标功率为目标量的油门-速比协调综合模糊控制策略,设计了油门自组织模糊控制器和速比参数自调整模糊控制器。最后,基于仿真模型对设定工况进行了仿真和分析,并根据所提出的控制算法,以韩国大宇Matizll轿车为试验样车进行了整车性能道路试验。仿真和实验结果表明所建模型正确,所提出的综合模糊控制算法是可行和有效的,实现了发动机和变速器的合理匹配,解决了动态过程中无级变速汽车动力性和经济性相协调的问题。The dynamics model of vehicle transmission system is established firstly, which is composed of the engine, the clutch, continuously variable transmission (CVT) and the load. Aiming at the random variable vehicle running situation and the strong coupling between the output and input of CVT system, the throttle-ratio harmony integrated fuzzy control strategy is proposed, which takes expected engine power as the target. The oil self-organizing fuzzy controller and the ratio parameter self-adjusting fuzzy controller are designed. Finally, specified running situations are simulated based on the dynamic integrated simulation model. Based on the proposed control arithmetic, road test was performed under various running situations using DEAWOOD MatizII passenger car as the experimental sample car. Simulation and test results prove that the established model is correct, the integrated fuzzy control arithmetic is feasible and valid, reasonable matching between engine and CVT is achieved. The harmonious problem of power and fuel economy performance for automobile with CVT system is solved in dynamic process.
