摘　　要：制度灌输作为学校道德教育中的一种现实形态,有其自身的特点和作用机制,其在道德教育中的独特作用使其具有存在的合理性。同时,制度灌输的局限性也是显而易见的。而且,由于现实中制度本身存在的伦理缺陷以及制度的泛化和异化,使得制度灌输存在着不可忽视的问题。Institutional imparting, as an actual form of the school moral education, has its own features and operating mechanism and its existence can be justified by its special role in the moral education. But its limitations are also obvious. And the ethical deficiencies in the actual system and the overgeneralization and deviation of system pose the problems for the institutional imparting.
