摘 要:人格教育属于大学生非智力素质培养,其内容构成可分为:情感意志力人格教育、协调力人格教育、适应力人格教育、创造力人格教育、个性化人格教育。大学生社团其价值性、广泛性、协作性、自主性、多样性特点与人格教育之间具有相互作用的内在逻辑。人格教育视野下的社团组织设计包括文化设计和管理设计两方面。组织文化设计的人格化是实现社团人格教育功能的基础条件。组织管理设计的人格化主要通过战略化管理、主动型管理、学术式管理和开放性管理来实现。The personality education is concerned with the training of university students' quality in non- intelligence. It includes: the personality education in feeling and will, coordination, adaptability, creativity and individuality. The value, extensiveness, coordination, decision-making power and diversity of non-governmental organizations of the university students have logical mutual functions with personality education. The plan on non-government organizations of the university students under the visual field of personality education includes two parts, that is, the plan on culture and the plan on management. The personalization of the plan on culture is the base of practising the personality education, while the personalization of the plan on management is mainly practised by the strategic, initiative, academic and open management.
