摘　　要：自1825年9月27日世界上第一条铁路诞生以来，在长达180年里，几乎所有国家从事铁路研究的专家，学者始终在为提高列车速度做着不懈的努力。在亚洲，1964年10月1日日本建成了世界上第一条高速铁路——东海道新干线，其后相继完成了山阳、东北、上越、北陆、山形、秋田等新干线，形成了2325公里的新干线网，并且还有新建新干线和改造既有线的计划。韩国、中国台湾正在建设高速铁路，相关线路并已投入运营；印度也开始着手高速铁路建设的前期工作……；在欧洲，自1981年8月22日第一列时速达270公里/小时的TGV列车在法国的巴黎-里昂间开始运营以来，高速铁路在欧洲迅速发展。2006年的营业里程为4707公里，并且有1709公里的在建线路和9000公里的建设规划。迅速在各国兴起的高铁建设浪潮使得一度被人们称为“夕阳产业”的铁路出现了生机，并且发展势头迅猛。专家预测，世界高速铁路发展将由此进入一个崭新的历史发展阶段。Since the birth of the world＇s first railway on September 27, 1625, as long as 180 years, experts and academicians in railway sector in almost all countries are always making unremitting efforts in raising train speed. In Asia, Japan built the world＇s first high-speed railway-Tokaido Shinkansen on October 1, 1964, had subsequently completed San-yo Shinkansen, Northeast Shinkansen, Sangyue Shinkansen, Beilu Shinkansen, Shanxing Shinkansen and Qiutian Shinkansen, which formed a 2325 km of new truck line network, and there are plan for new railway lines; South Korea, Taiwan China are building high-speed rail lines and related were put into operation; India has also started preliminary work for the construction of high-speed railway; In Europe, since the operation of the first 270 km/h TGV train from Paris to Lyon on September 22, 1981, high-speed railway started to rapidly develop. In 2006, the business mileage is of 4707 kilometers in Europe, with 1709 km under-construction lines and 9000 km lines planed. The national construction tide of high-speed railway made railway which was known as a Sunset Industry emerging vitality. Experts predicled that the world high-speed railway developmenl will enter a new historical stage.
