摘 要:本文研究了汽车主动悬架部分状态变量反馈控制问题,介绍了设计并优化其控制规律的基本原理和计算方法,以“山花”牌JH631K汽车为对象算出了最优控制规律,完善了现代控制理论在汽车主动悬架设计中的应用.悬架性能的数值仿真和模型试验结果表明:主动悬架比被动悬架具有更好的减振性能;主动悬架的部分状态变量反馈优化控制与完全状态变量反馈优化控制减振效果相接近,且易于实现。The problem of part state feedback control of road vehicle active suspension is studied in this paper.The basic theory and the numerical method of the optimization of part state feedback control law are described,and the computer programmes are also built.According to the paraments of ‘JH631K’,the optimal control laws are calculated.The application of modern linear stochastic optimal control theory in road vehicle active suspension design are perfected. The results of the numerical simulation and the model test of the suspension charactistics show that the effects of vibration absorption of part state feedback optimal control and of full state feedback optimal control are similar in active suspension;but the realization of part state feedback optimal control is simple.So it has great value in application,and all theory and method in this article are practicable.
