摘　　要：目的:研究ERM蛋白家族中的一成员Ezrin蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测40例胃癌组织、20例胃良性肿瘤组织、10例正常胃粘膜中Ezrin的表达,分析Ezrin与胃癌临床病理因素之间关系。结果:10例正常胃粘膜中未见Ezrin表达,而在40例胃癌组织中Ezrin阳性表达率为55%(22/40),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且Exrin表达与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。与患者年龄、性别、胃癌大小、浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。结论:Ezrin表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移及恶性程度有关,有助于预后判断及治疗方法选择,Ezrin表达是反映胃癌生物学行为的有价值指标。Objective： To determine the expression of Ezrin（ a member of ERM family） in gastric cancer and to assess the relationship between Ezrin expression and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer. Methods： SP immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of Ezrin in 40 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of gastric adenoma and 10 cases of normal gastric mucosa to analyze relationship between their expression and various clinic pathologic factors of gastric cancer. Results ： None of the normal intestinal tissues were Ezrin positive. In 40 gastric cancer specimens ,the positive expre - ssion rate of Ezrinwas 55% （22/40）. Ezrin expression correlated with the degree of tomor differentiation and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ）. but not related to some clinicopathological characteristics such as the age, sex, size and Infiltrates depth. Conclusion ： The expression Ezrin in tumor tissue may be a new marker of the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
