摘 要:液力减速器是车辆传动系统中重要的辅助制动装置,液力减速器的制动扭矩大、制动平稳、散热好以及结构体积小,在现代车辆上得到了广泛地应用.本文分析了液力减速器的结构及工作原理,提出了以实验数据为依据、以制动踏板的开度、制动踏板变化率作为输入,通过模糊推理对液力减速器进行智能控制的控制方法.经过在实车上进行验证,实验表明该控制方法具有更好的控制性能.As an important assistant brake system accessory of vehicle transmission system, the hydraulic retarder is widely used in the modem vehicle because of its merits, such as great brake torque, good stability, good emanate heat and small cubage. The structure and principle of the hydraulic retarder are analyzed. Through the analysis of fuzzy inference and on the basis of the test data, a kind of intelligentized control system is put forward, which takes brake pedal opening and change rate as input. Through the experiment on the real vehicle, it is found that the intelligentized control has better control performance compared with the ordinary control method.
