摘　　要：通过对高校贷款的原因和由此引起的财务风险进行分析,指出高校扩招、环境变化、历史机遇的把握是促使高校贷款的深层次原因,列举高校贷款带来各种风险,结合我国高校的实际情况,提出应对银行贷款风险的各种防范措施。With the analysis on the reasons of college loan as well as the financial risks caused by the loan, this article points out that enlargement of enrolment, environmental changes and historical opportunities are the fundamental factors causing the college loan. It also lists various risks caused by the loan. Meanwhile, con- sidering the situation of Chinese institutions of higher learning, it finds out different measures to prevent the loan risks.
