摘  要:[目的]探讨上皮性细胞黏附分子在人卵巢浆液性囊腺癌高、低转移细胞株HO-8910和HO-8910PM的表达情况。[方法]采用蛋白印迹及免疫细胞化学方法检测2种细胞株的E-cadherin蛋白表达差异,用RT-PCR法检测2种细胞株的mRNA表达差异,用PCR及基因测序法检测基因突变情况。[结果]E-cad蛋白及mRNA在HO-8910中表达,在HO-8910PM中不表达。在E-cadherin基因外显子6~9未发现突变。[结论]E-cad的表达可能与肿瘤的转移能力负相关。[ Objective] To investigate the different expressions of E -cadherin in high and low metastatic human ovary serous cystadenocarcinoma cells. [ Methods] The protein expressions of E- cadherin were detected by western blotting and immunocytochemistry. The mRNA expressions were detected by RT - PCR. The mutations of the gene were detected by PCR and gene sequencing. [ Results] The protein and mRNA of E - cadherin were detected in HO - 8910, but were not detected in HO - 8910PM. The mutations existing in exon 6 -9 of E -cadherin were not detected. [ Conclusion] The expression of E -cadherin may be negatively related to metastasis of the tumor.
