摘　　要：黑莓是集营养与保健于一身的新兴水果,胡萝卜也因其营养丰富和风味优良而深受消费者的喜爱。对黑莓和胡萝卜的营养价值进行了评价,介绍了黑莓和胡萝卜食品目前的加工状况,分析了黑莓-胡萝卜复合果汁的市场前景及其开发的可行性,提出了黑莓-胡萝卜复合果汁饮料开发的方案。Blackberry is a burgeoning fruit which combines nutrition with health care. Carrot is also because of nutrient-rich and good flavor are deeply loved. In this paper, nutritional value of blackberry and carrot is evaluated, the current blackberry and carrot food processing conditions are introduced and the market prospects and the feasibility for development of blackberry-carrot composite juice are analyzed. The feasible program for the development of blackberry-carrot mixed juice beverage is put forward.
