民办院校本科学生培养目标定位探讨

摘　　要：培养目标是一切教育活动的出发点和落脚点。培养目标定位指培养类型定位及培养规格定位。人才类型包括学术型及应用型(含工程型、技术型、技能型)。根据社会需求、民办本科高校在全国高校中的地位及生源(三本学生)实际,民办本科高校应定位在培养高级技术应用型人才。其培养规格主要表现为扎实的知识基础、较强的应用能力、良好的综合素质等三个方面。Training objectives are the starting and end points of all types of education. The orientation of training objectives contains the orientation of both types and scales of training. Professionals are divided into two types. One is oriented to academic researches, and the other is oriented to application, including the sub - types of engineering, technology and techniques. In terms of the social require- ments, the roles of the non - governmental universities of four - year program in the national institutions of higher education and the actual conditions of their students＇ sources （third - class university students of four - year program）, the non - governmental universities of four - year program should be oriented to training the professionals of high - quality technical application. The training scales should be oriented to the following three aspects： solid foundation of knowledge, high aptitude of technical application and fine comprehensive quality.
