摘 要:观察了锌和其他微量营养素对儿童智能发育的影响。将受试儿童随机分为三组;单纯补锌组(Z)、同时补充锌+微量营养素组(Z+M)、补充微量营养素组(M)。对上述三级儿童按随机双百法进行补充实验,并于实验前后分别测试发锌值、智商及认识功能。结果表明,70天实验结束后,Z+M组和Z组发锌的增加值高于M组:与之相对应,Z+M组和Z组智商(IQ)及认知功能的改善均好于M组。可见,锌对儿童智能发展有重要作用。补充锌会改善儿童智能发育,同时补充锌及其他微量营养素效果更佳。The effect of zinc and micro-nutrients on the development of intelligence in children wasstudied. The children were randomly divided into 3 groups: zinc supplement (Z), zinc+micronutrients supplement (Z+M), Micro-nutrients supplement(M). A random double-blind supplement test was implemented on the children in 3 groups. The changes of hair zinc, IQ andcognition were measured before and after the test. After the test, the hair zinc in children ofZ+M group and Z group significantly increased higher than that in M group. And these twogroups of children also had better IQ and cognition than those in M group. The results suggests that zinc was very important for the development of children's intelligence. Supplementof zinc could promote the intelligence of children while simultaneous supplement of zinc andmicro-nutrients could gain much better results.
