摘  要:本文从教育平等的角度分析了职业教育的发展,简要分析了西方发达国家发展职业技术教育的成败得失。主张我国的职业教育应借鉴发达资本主义国家发展职业教育的经验,力求避免双轨制的教训。要在职业教育实践中坚持教育平等的价值取向,在大力发展职业教育的同时,兼顾教育平等。This article analyses the vocational education in China from both the aspects of educational equality and the gain and loss of western countries in developing vocational education. Currently in China, vocational education is prevailing, and the experiences of vocational education in western countries should be considered as reference to avoid the dual-track system. The developing of voca- tional education can not be devoiced from educational equality and also be the development of educational equality. We should eliminate the root of education inequality from the system inequality and insist educational equality.
