摘　　要：国际期货市场发展的历程表明,以机构投资者为主体的投资者结构是期货市场走向成熟的重要标志,而期货投资基金正是机构投资者中一种重要的组织形式。结合我国期货市场的发展和我国股指期货即将推出的现状,分析发展我国期货投资基金的可行性;结合期货基金的功能和特点,通过国内外的实证分析,说明我国发展期货投资基金的意义。The development history of international futures market suggests that investor structure mainly of institutional investors is the important signal of a futures market stepping for a mature one, while futures investment fund is one of the important organization forms of institutional investors. Combining with the development of China＇ s futures market and forthcoming stock index futures in China, the feasibility of futures investment fund in China is analyzed ; combining with the functions and features of futures funds and making empirical analysis at home and overseas, the significance of developing futures fund in China is explained.
