产业结构合理化与农业劳动力转移依存关系的历史透析

摘　　要：1978年前,与重工业优先发展战略相适应,农业劳动力的产业转移受到了禁锢,1978年后,产业结构趋于优化,农业劳动力进入了快速转移的历史时期;1996年后的重化工业化浪潮又使得农业劳动力的转移速度减缓。中国的经验表明,农业劳动力在产业间的合理、有序转移有赖于产业结构的合理化。To meet the strategy requires of heavy industry priority, the migration of agricnhural labnrs trod been banned before 1978, and came to an accelerated era because of the industrial structure＇ s optimization after this year. After 1996, the tidal wave of heavy industrialization made the nfigration slower again. China＇ s experience indicates that rational and orderly migration of agriculture labors depends on a harmunious industrial structure.
