摩托车发动机镁合金气缸头盖传热研究

摘  要:针对镁合金材料在摩托车发动机零部件上应用时散热性能差的传热特性,建立了发动机气缸头盖的有限元分析模型;提出了发动机气缸头盖有限元分析的传热边界条件的算法,通过镁合金和铝合金发动机气缸头盖在相同热边界条件下仿真分析的温度场分布情况进行了对比分析研究,反映了温度对镁合金气缸头盖的结构强度和耐热性能的影响;采取了增加镁合金气缸头盖散热片数量和散热片高度的方法来增加气缸头盖外表面的散热面积达到增加镁合金气缸头盖的散热能力的效果。A finite element model for the part of Motorcycle Engine Cylinder - head - cover is constructed to investigate the heat - transfer characteristics of the magnesium alloy materials'poor cooling performance on the application of the engine components assembly. A FEA arithmetic of heat transfer boundary conditions is put forward to research on the engine cylinder - head - cover. Comparing and analyzing the distribution of temperature - field between cylinder - cover of magnesium - alloy engine and that of aluminium - alloy engine under the uniform of the heat transfer boundary condition, the effect of temperature on the magnesium - alloy cylinder - cover in structural and temperature - resistant performances are reflected more reasonably. The method of increasing cooling - bin numerical measure and height is adopted for increasing the cooling area of the cylinder - cover exterior surface to add the cylinder - cover cooling capability.
