摘　　要：独立学院是在高等教育大众化条件下产生的一种新型的办学模式,介于普通本科与高职高专办学层次之间。独立学院应适应社会经济发展需要和学生特点,以培养高级应用性人才作为自身人才培养定位,在人才培养方案、教学方法、考核方式等方面进行探索。The independent academy is a new operating educational model which comes from the circumstance that the popularizing of education, and it＇ s between undergraduate college and technological academy. According to the integrating consideration of national policy orientation, the students＇ learning capabilities and the demands of the intellectual market, we come to the conclusion that the cultivation goal of independent academy should be the training of applicable talents.
