论基础教育中竞争性教育活动的主要缺陷

摘　　要：当前基础教育中所流行的竞争性教育活动,不仅不能有效培养学生的竞争力,反而会引发一系列的教育问题。这种竞争性的教育活动会损害一部分学生正当的学习兴趣和自信心;使学生学习的内在支撑转化为外在支撑;忽视学生多元智能的发展;破坏学生的合作意识和合作能力,而最终使个体甚至整个群体丧失竞争力。Nowadays, the competitive education activities Prevailing in basic school education cannot cultivate students＇competitiveness effectively, but lead to series of educational problems.The activitieswill impair some of students＇Proper study interests and self-confidence; Make the inherent support of student＇s study turn into the outside;Neglect the development of theirmultiple intelligence;Destroy students＇cooperative consciousness and cooperative ability, and lead to the loss of the competitiveness of individual or whole group finally.
