摘　　要：基础教育课程改革提出了很多新的教育理念,对英语教师的素质和能力提出了更高要求,高等师范院校应采取多种方法培养适应新课程改革的英语教师,而加强第二课堂活动是其中一个重要的途径。我校外语专业开展的几种主要类型的第二课堂活动对英语师范生综合素质和能力的培养发挥了重要作用,但在有些方面还有待加强。The reform in the teachers＇ quality and reform. Strengthening the extra curriculum activities basic education puts forward many new educational concepts. It sets ability. We should adopt many ways to cultivate English teachers＇ extra curriculum activities is one of the most important ways. In held by Foreign Language Department play an important role in higher demands on competence for the our university,some improving the students＇ quality and ability,but some aspects should still be strengthened.
