摘  要:提出了以构架振动为输入、车体响应为输出的频率响应函数估计的试验研究方法,并运用该方法来对比分析和研究车辆二系悬挂的减振性能。运用该方法,对装用SW160转向架和209HS转向架车辆进行了在线运行测试,并对其二系悬挂减振性能进行了对比分析。分析表明,SW160转向架的二系悬挂在0.5Hz和1.7Hz附近有较高的横向位移传递率,而209HS转向架在垂向的1.8Hz附近的位移传递率比SW160要高。运用SPAMP方法找到了导致SW160转向架横向传递率较高的原因后,更换了二系悬挂元件,重新进行了在线测试和试验分析。构架至车体响应的频响函数估计表明,更换二系悬挂元件后,SW160转向架在0.5Hz和1.7Hz处的横向位移传递率峰值得到了有效的控制,表明该转向架的横向减振性能得到了显著提高。In this paper, the experimental method to estimate the frequency response functions (FRF) from bogie to carbody and usage of it to compare and analysis the vibration isolation ability of secondary suspension of railway vehicles and locomotives are suggested. With this method, the secondary suspension FRF of vehicles installed with SW160 and 209HS bogies is estimated and analyzed.The results show that the lateral displacement transmissibility of the SW160 bogie is higher than the 209HS bogie near the 0.5Hz and 1.7Hz, whereas the 209HS bogie has much higher vertical transmissibility near the 1.9 Hz area. With SPAMP method, the reasons that lateral transmissibility of SW160 bogie is not good are found.After the related secondary suspension elements according to the SPAMP analysis are changed, the online tests are done again.The estimated FRF of new SW160 bogie show that the peaks on the lateral transmissibility curve near the 0.5 and 1.7Hz area is effectively suppressed, which means the vibration isolation ability of the bogie is enhanced appareatly.
