摘 要:[目的]了解胶州市城区孕妇营养知识、态度及行为(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)和其影响因素,为今后孕妇营养教育工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对胶州城区115名孕妇进行现况调查。[结果]胶州市城区孕妇营养KAP水平较好,总合格率为87.8%;营养态度普遍较好;营养行为中孕妇有特殊生理需要的食物每天或经常摄入的频率均较高,摄入的食物较合理:如奶类为79.1%、蛋类为67.8%、豆类为65.2%、蔬菜为96.6%、水果为95.6%水产品为41.7%;而动物内脏和血摄入频率较少,为20.0%;营养KAP之间有明显正相关性,孕妇的营养KAP水平随文化程度的增高而增高;孕妇希望获得营养信息的来源主要是医护人员(62.6%)和专业书籍(25.2%)。[结论]目前孕妇人群的营养知识和饮食行为有待进一步加强和改善,建议利用孕妇营养态度普遍较好的有利条件,提高医护人员的营养知识技能水平,加强孕妇及家人的营养教育以促进孕妇健康。[Objective]To investigate the level of nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) and its influencing factors to pregnant women in Jiaozhou city,provide scientific evidence for developing education on nutritional program in the future.[Methods]Questionnaire was carried out among 115 pregnant women in Jiaozhou city.[Results]The understanding of nutritional KAP was better among pregnant women,accounting for 87.8% of the target women investigated.The nutritive intake for special physiological requirement every day was adequate,with the nutritive intake of milk was 79.1%,67.8%(egg),65.2%(bean product),96.6%(vegetable),fruits(95.6%),aquatic product(41.7%) 20.0%(animal internal organs) respectively.There was a positive correlation between nutritional condition and KAP.KAP level was increased along with increase of educational level.They hoped that they could obtain more professional knowledge of nutrition from medical staff(62.6%),and specialized books(25.2%).[Conclusion]It is suggested that more nutrition education should be implemented by taking acceptable measures for pregnant women and their families to promote the health of pregnant women.
