摘　　要：技术型人才是高新技术企业发展的动力,但流动较频繁、素质不能完全适应要求,面对技术型人才需求逐年大幅增长的趋势,高等职业教育要为高新技术企业培养大批留得下、用得着的复合性、创新性人才。The technical talented person is the developmental power of the high ＆ new technology enterprise, but they flow frequently and their qualities cannot fit for the request completely. Facing the increasing demand for the technology person year by year, higher vocational education must cultivate a large number of compound and innovational talented person for the high ＆ new technology enterprise.
