摘 要:对反硝化聚磷菌的两阶段法和三阶段法两种驯化方法做了对比研究.结果表明,在达到相同的驯化效果时,三阶段法要比两阶段法快;在相同的驯化时间内(两阶段法35 d、三阶段法36 d),采用三阶段法驯化的反硝化聚磷菌利用硝酸盐吸磷的能力要强于两阶段法,经过分析认为,COD对反硝化聚磷的抑制作用是产生差别的主要原因.The enrichment and cultivation of denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria (DPB) by two methods, two-phase cultivation and three-phase cultivation, was investigated in a laboratory-scale Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR). The results showed, with the same cultivating efficiency, the three-phase cultivation was prior to the two-phase one; and with the similar cultivating time (35 and 36 days ), DPB cultivated by threephase cultivation, which uptake phosphorus by utilizing nitrate as electron acceptor, had higher efficiency. In addition, the conclusion on the basis of experimental results was that the available COD was an inhibitor to denitriy dephosphorus, which was the crucial reason differ from the two methods.
